At Ishhaara, we strive to ensure you love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, have original tags attached, and are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Ishhaara account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange within the 7-day window.
Quality Inspection
Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and may request photos of the item to ensure it meets our quality standards for return.
Schedule a Pickup
After approval, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address; simply pack the items securely and hand them over to our courier partner.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Upon receiving and verifying the returned product at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
